Great clinic with amazing Team! From the welcoming by Iryna at the desk to the fantastic cleaning done by Bella it was a 5/5! Clean and beautiful, they even put the final hockey game Canada vs US on the TV for me. Bella was great always asking how I was doing and taking the time to have a quick chat during the treatment, rare to have such a gentle and attentional service like this in dentist clinic and I’ve been around the country for my work and this was one of the best experience !

Aga(dental hygienist) is so friendly and very thorough with her work. Every time I go in for a cleaning I know she’s going to do a great job and is very meticulous on how she performs every step of the visit. She explains in detail what she is doing and what should get done regarding future dental work. I leave very happy and my mouth feels very clean after every visit. She is really good at her job and it shows.
I had a dental emergency over the Victoria Day long weekend and was experiencing severe pain from my upper right molar. I honestly didn’t expect anyone to respond since the office was closed for the holiday, but I was so impressed by the care and compassion I received. STAY AWAY!! This place is a money grab!! Very disappointing experience. I was initially told that my cost would only be $25 for the X-ray after my claim, but at no point was it clearly explained that the re-cementing procedure would only be covered at 50% by insurance. No one disclosed this beforehand. After the treatment was completed, I was unexpectedly charged $142.50. This lack of transparency and communication about costs is unacceptable.
