Unlike those who choke at critical moments (sorry, Chiefs fans), Pineywoods Realty was as clutch as the Eagles winning the Superbowl.
Any property managed/owned by this company, I would run away. I moved into the residence on E Warren Ave and it’s been a nightmare since. The unit is beautiful inside with very nice touches, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Since moving in the last week of August, I have had at least EIGHT maintenance requests in.
