This review is based solely on the customer service I received today, not the system. 2 weeks ago, I was a VERY unhappy customer and posted a 1 star review concerning customer service stating if I could return the panels, I would! Terrible; 8 months; lots of money for mediocre back up that does not work. Good luck getting any one on the phone. When I finally got an appointment, I waited and got a text at the time they were suppose to be here telling me to call to reschedule. I spent the whole day calling the number sent by text. Finally, they text me with 2 appointment options ; both another month from now. Now, we expect a major winter storm; fooling with this company; out of a lot of money; my nightmare is a reality.

It became apparent then that they had gotten played and didn't care that I didn't have a completed system. Once I called them and asked to speak to a ... read more

He told us that was really unnecessary. PowerHome submitted our permits incorrectly twice and our HOA architectural application was incomplete the first time. The installation was planned more than 2 months after we signed, mid March. When the installers showed up, they had a 10s look at our main electrical panel and told us it was not conform and ne... read more
