I have been paying on a $50k loan for the past year for the solar panels and battery and am still paying for electricity. Out of that year the panels somewhat worked for about 3 months. Pink energy is blaming generac and telling me to call them when they cancel appointments without "getting around" to telling me that they were canceled is the wording they used. (Disappointed)The sales rep was extremely professional and sold me of the Solar Panels. With in 30 days the installation team came out and installed the panels. They broke a rail on porch by leaning on the wood (I had to have a contractor come out to fix it and the company paid for it which took about 3 weeks).The day of the install it rained and they created a leak which I pointed out to the installation team. My experience so far is having them do a great job of selling this, having it installed, then not knowing I needed an inspection, having no one schedule one. Called them cause my electric bills are still the same. Solar hasn’t been used yet I’m 3 months since install and no one from inspections will call back. Am ready to file MAJOR COMPLAINT with better Business Bureau. If you can’t get service DO NOT DO THIS WITH THEM

RUN, do not walk, away from this company if they come knocking at your door!! We got the same song and dance as every other person on this review board: Power Home Solar will all but eliminate your utility bill and most, if not all, of your electric use will come from solar. We still pay just as much as we did before on our utility bill and the only thing that has changed is that we now have a loan payment that we pay ON TOP of the same utility bill. we have waited, called, waited, called to have our system completed. we will have to make our first payment to the bank in Dec on the panels and still have not received our meter so power can be fed back to the power company and no inspection yet. I would not recommend this company! We get the run around every time we do speak with someone. Excuses are that person quit, we are short help, your new concierge is……! I would give them zero stars but had to rate the company at something.
