Worst experience! We were scheduled to have the system installed on a thurs and friday and i took those days off work. They texted me the day before installation and said they needed to reschedule even though we had this appointment scheduled months in advance. So ofcoarse i had to let my boss know and we rescheduled. Not to mention my boss was pissed because it messed up my work schedule. We had the crew come out and install the system. Roof leaks, power issues and terrible customer service. I don't know where the disconnect is but I cannot seem to get a manager to call me back to remedy these situations. It's rainy season and my house is getting destroyed due to very faulty install.
