Dr. Shu and her staff are very kind and professional. I've had itchy / eczema skin issues for months. Dr Shu listens to you. We tried the topicals, now we are into medication via a shot. I've had a lot going on as of late and almost broke down during my appointment. The assistant and Dr Shu were so understanding. Stress is also a contributing factor to my skin, and they really understood where I was coming from. I am so grateful.

At my arrival the check-in process was really easy and everyone was very helpful and friendly. When called back which was after a short wait time the assistant getting all my vitals had a great attitude. After all said and done Steve the PA that was doing my exam was very friendly and thorough during my full skin check. I talked to him about a cyst on my upper back and he told me that it could be removed. I was thrilled to get this surgery on the schedule.
