Dr. Mendez and his staff was great. I was in and out. Dr. Mendez was kind and gentle. He explained my procedure very well. I would recommend Pinnacle to my family and friends.

Excellent experience. Concerns and options were explained. Both Sophie and Dr Beck were thorough and very pleasant.
The dermatologist got right to the point when he walked in by listing all the products I would have to use to get rid of my acne and he remembered that my mom and I did not want to take acutane nor birth control so he prescribed another pill which is really good.
