In my opinion, I felt like the doctor and nurse were both very rushed. I was very concerned about a spot on my face but I was told what it was with no test of any kind. The doctor was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Greed is a powerful motivator , I had to wait for an hour and ten minutes after my appointment time to see the doctor. Not happy about that.
Dr. Walsh seemed to be cold and really didn't seem to care about my story. He seemed very non caring. He doesn't seem to be people friendly.
I was expecting more thorough examination and more involved feedback.
Dr. Tope is so nice as well as the staff. My whole experience was wonderful. If I ever need MOHS surgery again I will see Dr. Tope.
Confusing conversation with phone calls and then confussing communication with doctor
Staff is always friendly, no long wait times, Dr.Mcgrath is very good at explaining treatment options and has a sense of humor when needed...;)
I love the providers and medical staff, with a shout out to Peter Keorpes the PA. First provider I saw there and excellent. Found & diagnosed my squamous cell immediately. Great bed side manner! I saw Dr. Troiani, Dr. Lapinski and Dr. Rios-they were all wonderful as well! The problem is on the front end, the appt desk cancelled my appointment, but never called me and I took off work early that day to find the building empty. Way overpriced for wart treatments. First visit almost $1k. 2nd visit almost $500. No estimate. In far past, I, had warts treated in 1 or 2 visits for cheap. - Lissy's Mom
