50 min wait,waiting room too smll,had to fill out new patient forms even though I visit Orland. Office every 6mo

I did not appreciate the receptionist discussing my finances where everybody can hear That was rude of her to tell me I had a bill balance in front of everyone!

When was drawing blood the needle was in my arm the blood was running down my arm instead of the blood tube I don't think this is right
I felt like I was cattleI, I got branded and I was out. Before they looked at me, she was already diagnosing me when she opened the door. I was like what, what's going on and before I knew it she was out. I thought it would be more thorough then that.

I had about 15 or 20 skin tags under each armpit and they cut them off with a pair of scissors without any deadening or anything although they did offer to give me shots to numb it I just thought it was kind of barbaric to just cut them off with a pair of scissors

Appt was fine, but mine and my wife's new prescriptions were never sent to our pharmacy. Here 3 days later we are still waiting for them to get to our pharmacy
