Staff was nice and friendly and helpful 🙂
This was my first time appointment with this practice. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly. The doctor didn't introduce herself when she walked in the room, and no one addressed me when leaving the office. It just wasn't a pleasant experience.

Dr. Flynn is always nice to see and she is great! However, the issue is walking into the office and being told to wear a face diaper even when CDC guidelines no longer require it is beyond concerning. To go along with this charade is such a deterent to want to come back for a future appt. I was the ONLY patient in the entire lobby before AND after my visit! When does this end?? The policy at this place NEEDS to be updated. It is not a law or science to indicate the diaper works at all. Making patients put this on their face... read more

My second time visiting Dr. Tobin who is one of many including the nurse practitioner Theresa who continues to blame "my skin" for the way it healed from their nurse practitioner Meagan who prescribed a creme/medicine that is a KNOWN fact in my chart, I am allergic to; had she taken the time to check before prescribing it, I would not be experiencing the damage done. Everything was wonderful BESIDES BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT WHICH WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!! I heard from two people we the Dr was great thsts why I hung onto the line....but if I had to make it from that person on the phone there is no way in hell I'd be going there. She completely did not to make the appointment! She said he's not taking appointments. I said I know he is. Then she said I don't think we take your insurance. I said how would you know I DIDN'T EVEN GIVE IT TO YOU YET!!!
Bad experience with teleheath. Dr hung upon on me with out giving me 10 sec to correct issue with me driving. I The call was about 20 min late to get text from dr and I had another appt so I headed out with every intention of stopping when I received call.
July 11 2022.. I went in to have an annual skin exam.. I have a spot on my right breast that has gotten infected. A nodule was cut out. The pain afterward was excruciating. I made an appointment to see my primary care physician, to check out the situation. Dr. WALL AT forsyth Medical Center examined the spot. He seen no stitches nor was there any packing in the hole. Told me the bumps on my face were clogged pores when they were warts. Also spot on my nose was melanoma. Told me that their ethestician would have to do it and i would have to pay for it because insurance didn't cover it. Thank God I went for another opinion. I got them removed and my insurance covered everything.

Next time take suggestions from the patient in what worked in the past. Steroid booster shot with antibiotics and I probably would not still be in bed waiting on these antibiotics to kick in!!!!
