Would give 0 stars if I could. Was there on a referral for cyst removal, skin check, and information about a skin condition. Paid $70 copay to be told by Doc I don't remove cyst. No skin check or treatment offered. Saw doc for about 5 minutes and then she said I'll give you some literature and walked out. I left then turned around and said I want the skin check and was told by assistant you were here on a cyst removal not for skin check. I left feeling awful. So friendly and great confidence in Dr Eckert. A positive experience.
I was given very short vague and answers to my questions. Did not seem interested in my concerns. Did not tell me how I would be contacted on results of a biopsy. The nurse was very good though.
If it was possible to give a zero star I would. I was seen for an extreme case of eczema on my hands and foot that's been going on for over 8 years. "Doc" looked at it and said "I've never seen anything like this" (which made me feel great *insert sarcasm*). Gave me scripts and told me to use CeraVe lotion. A month went by, no improvement. I went in for my follow up. This was the WORST visit I have ever had in my 10+ years going here. The new office staff was rude and Kelly Rankin cut my appointment short because she "had to get her kids picked up." How is that my problem? I will only go back because Teryn Honneycutt is amazing!
I have NEVER had a worse experience with billing in my life , they overcharged $30 and it’s been a year trying to resolve it , Dr.Sickels was great, but because of there billing my family would never go back !!! Steve
They canceled my visit after I confirmed my appointment. Had a lot of problems changing my schedule to meet their schedule. I even called in the morning of the visit. Person at the desk said their scheduling system has problems.
Explained symptom to me, and I felt belittled, as doc was explaining.. I still don't understand what has caused this hematoma.. my breast has been sore and hurting for 4 months. Unable to get a mammogram due to the soreness. I was compared to another patient.. Who had worst issues. I actually was discouraged. Doc was different in demeanor since my last visit.
