Didn't quite understand what's going on with what was a cyst and now a hematoma. I felt belittled.. And I do not like to be compared to other patients with the same situation as I.
1hr after appt. Time got to see Dr. Switchboard is a mess can not talk to anyone. Not the old spectrum which was great. Dr. Thousani was suburb as allways best surgeon I ever had.
Very good at their job knows exactly what they are doing.
Wait was long and front office staff is rude to lukewarm
I visited the clinic for a skin rash and was prescribed a foam. Until this all went well. But the medicine prescribed was not covered in my insurance. So I called the clinic to find out if there is any alternative which they can prescribe. Every time I call, it goes to voicemail for last one month. And worst part is no one has returned the call until now. Even my pharmacy tried to reach the clinic and they haven't heard back until now. I saw Laurel Poole and I felt like I was bothering her. She rushed me out of there. I had questions I never got a chance to ask. Her assistant was just as unfriendly. They didn't even have brochures for products they were selling. I was told to take a picture and Google it. I won't be back or recommending it.
Was looked at in less than 5 min not all my concerns were addressed
Women front desk loud catty lack professionalism, make you feel their judging Not a good experience at all
The waiting room was full. I waited a 1/2 hour before I was seen. The exam room was freezing. I waited 15 minutes undressed. I don't think the blinds were giving complete privacy to outside. My last appointment left terrible scars. They looked worse than the moles that were on my body before. I wish they explained that before the procedure. The receptionist was confirming loudly. We could here the entire conversation.
