I had the mohs procedure done on my face - inner eye socket, along my inner nose area... I was told that I would be bruised up, and stitched up. I feel that I was not clearly explained how big of a wound area I would actually have though when completed .. Went on January 6th in pm. Receptionist was put off because I did not have new patient paperwork but told her I had not received. She acted like I was lying to her and said, well it was mailed. I received today (the 7th) with a postmark of January 4th. Im not sure how they thought I would have received and filled out by appointment date.
Got right in told me no cancer and froze 3 places very satisfied..I will refer u 2 my friends
Regardless if covid, when you have a patient that can't remember what was told to him, who can't even fill out his own forms, the spouse should be allowed back with him. When we got in the truck I started taking questions and his replies were almost all, I don't know. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am with this.
I felt that I was bothering the front desk employee when asking for help that the nurse told me would take care of. I realize it is a busy fast paced environment and they have many duties to attend to, however I was made to feel that my request was unimportant and that I should not have been told by another staff member that they (the front desk)would take care of me.
Doc and staff good. Trying to get the appointment was Trying. Pinnacle phone system atrocious. Couldn't hear through phone system. Either first clerk hung up after setting appointment or their system cut off. Appt was set at 9 am. Didn't finish details. Called back, still bad connection, changed to what I thought was 10:30. Got there at 10:20. Receptionist said we missed appointment. I responded bullshit! We are early. What a joke. Inefficient! Need to fire the whole staff and phone maintenance. I'm an African-American woman, I came in because of psoriasis of my scalp, the doctor didn't even look in my head, I feel like he didn't care, he gave the assistant a list of medications he didn't know if my hair was mild moderate or severe
I was treated with respect. Your staff did a fine job.
Waited 5 minutes & was taken back... Doctor came in 3 minutes later, I was treated & out in less than 30 minutes... cant beat that service !
