Very professional examination and met our expectations
Medical care provided Is with a level of outstanding professionalism With an over effort to provide didactic information relative to treatment being provided. This dermatological practice is novel in providing advance practiced protocols with overt evidence of professionalism and concern
I went to Dr. Welsh and my son has traumatic brain injury but he has spots on his face and pre-cancer and my son can talk and he knows what’s going on and when the doctor walked in he was so un professionally dressed and A janitor and spent one minute looking at him and didn’t touch him froze to his face didn’t give me any instructions what to do and left the room. Dr Brown was very though and did an excellent job of answering my questions
Very professional treatment
The appointment was totally rushed! The nurse was told what medications were being called in for me...not me. And when I tried to ask questions I was basically ignored by the doctor. I even had to ask the doctor what she was doing due to my issue being on my back and I couldn’t see anything... it wasn’t until I asked that she finally told me. Dr Brown is the best, very professional and though.....
My mother is 80 years old. She has received multiple invoices from Pinnacle Dermatology beginning fifteen months after the date of service. She called twice to clarify/dispute the bill, but Pinnacle refused to respond. I am a licensed Illinois attorney. I sent two letters demanding an explanation and requesting that Pinnacle stop sending these invoices to my mother. I also called, waited on hold 40 minutes, gave the representative the account number, and was promptly disconnected. I attempted to fax the letters to the numb... read more
The only problem I had is why is there no direct phone number for the Hill Rd., Flint office? Why do I want to leave a message for somebody in Chicago or wherever. Also more social distancIng. All of my doctor appointments recently, you wait in your car and get called in. I was not comfortable sitting with five other people in the waiting room.
