41 minute wait despite 3 week in advance appointment. Ready to walk out at 45 minute wait. It was disrespectful. That done, the advice and prognosis were well done, understood well.

Dr. Yung removed 2 skin growths, always pleased with the work of Dr. Yung. May I suggest, since Dr. Yung was formerly with SW Dermatology, when a patient calls for an appt. it should be mentioned either in the text reminder, or on the phone at the time of the appointment, that the office in Ottawa is relocated and that he is now with the Pinnacle group. I felt like the Dr. doing my whole body scan for moles was very unsure of herself and unprofessional. I had a small warts removed from my finger that came back and was charged $206 for removal that was not effective. Ended up paying $132 after insurance. I felt like it was t done properly and the Dr could have advised me of the high cost and suggested over the counter for something so small. Dr is very knowledgeable, staff friendly. Follow up is lacking. I called twice for testing results, once 3 wks after appt. and again 5 wks. After appt. they were supposed to contact me, not other way around. The staff that did give me results was a bit rude & disturbed that I was asking. Dr gave no info on when to come back, I would’ve thought he’d want a look see to make sure medicine was working ok. But the bills came through no problem!

Glad for thoroughness of approach. Not sure about recommended blue light treatment. May get more advice on that.

Fiona is wonderful, professional and knowledgeable..however the support staff could use a lesson on treating patients(customers). Crystal was rude and abrupt.
