Dermatologist needs to reach out to patient after diagnosis and surgery for questions / prognosis, etc !!
My appt wait time was longer than normal just fir a skin check. Then, I did feel that was done quickly without a moment to talk over any desire to freeze any sun spots. Also, the time waiting, with just a flimsy paper covering, I could hear all conversations going on in adjacent room or hallway between PA and patient and between employees. Some low music and magazines would be helpful.
Appointment with Theresa Longo, Orland Park IL, superior as always. Biggest dissatisfaction is the unrelenting emails, texts to either remind one to schedule an appointment or of an upcoming appointment, and the sheer volume of them. Case in point, I already answered one text earlier today, yet here is an email, and there is another email that I haven't opened/deleted yet. Your notification system works, maybe too well, and to the point where it is ANNOYING!
Everything was smooth except for the check in process and front staff individuals. The staff checking me in were rude and paper work was repetitive. Very frustrating and a terrible way to start the visit.
I got conflicting information about the procedure and when I’d get the results of testing. The latest I was told was 14 days. It’s 14 days later and I still don’t have results.

Got there 15 minutes early never got soul until 15 minutes after my appointment my time is valuable to !
WAit time was 45 mins over my appt time.
Laurel Poole from Pinnacle Dermatology Frankfort Office did a rushed stitch job on my leg. She did not do individual stitches on the top layer of my incision, which was very unprofessional and my leg got infected because of her rushed stitch job.
