I have been going to Belle Meade Dermatology for many years. The doctors and nurses there are first rate and that is why I keep going back. The conversion to Pinnacle is just short of a disaster. You couldn't even transfer my insurance information which, speaking as an IT professional, is a trivial task. I will continue to go back unless you lose your excellent staff, but if I don't receive excellent care and service at all levels I will take my body and my money elsewhere since I do not tolerate incompetence.
I am unable to talk to anybody. I have responded to these emails and called your number countless times. I have left messages and absolutely no response. I now have the impression that you have 5 stars because you won't ley anybody do a review that is unsatisfied. My prescription was not sent in but my wife’s was. Your phone systems terrible no one has called me back. It’s a hour round trip to pick up our meds.
The wait time was long to get back to exam room. They were 45 minutes behind
Horrible customer service and no response from clinical team following first appointment and getting a prescription

I was in yesterday for an office visit- my pharmacist has reached out to the office 2 times last night shortly after I was seen and 2 times this morning, via fax and phone. I have also left voicemails for return calls yesterday and today- no response.
The APN I saw was quite short w me...both verbally and time wise. The MA, however, was very kind and thorough..and gave me the bulk of my d/c instructions as the NP seemed quite rushed. I did have a mole removed and sent for biopsy so I feel that my exam was thorough, but I didnt feel free to ask questions, etc. My daughter was with me and commented as well on the NPs attitude. I am currently looking for a permanent dermatologist d/t my hx of skin cancer. The practice itself seemed nice and the front desk ladies were great. ... read more
