Easy to book an appointment. PA-C Valerie O'Connell knows her stuff and is a joy to see! The staff is professional and friendly. The office works like a well-oiled machine.
From scheduling to check-in and the actual procedure everybody was wonderful. Dr Steve is a wonderful guy, explained everything and puts you at ease. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was very pleased. The office personnel was very friendly and professional. They took their time explaining and speaking with me. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Rupert is always in a rush the minute she enters the exam room. Each visit I have had, she finishes the visit by opening the door part way through as if I'm not valued enough to ensure she has answered questions and that I understand her recommendations. Nothing was given to me in writing. I had to remind assistant about a prescription for cream the doctor mentioned. I also had to call office later when I remembered there was an otc pill she recommended but didn't write it down.
Micro needling with Mackenzie. She's always fun to talk to and is great at her job.
