Both the PA and assistant were very professional, spent ample time. Paid attention to all of the questions I had. Both were prepared and provided detailed information on any medical issues (spots, etc) I had. Explained what each spot was medically and what procedure was required to neutralize it effectively. Very knowledgeable and caring. You have two wonderful employees, that take pride in their work and are tremendous representatives of your Medical facility.Â
Everything went great they were floral and pleasant and friendly and got to the the problem right away and we're on the right trackÂ
Happy to learn I don't really have anything to worry about at this time. Dr Ide wasn't cocky but made me feel confident in his knowledge and experience. Front desk was great too!Â
Dr. Hayes had a full schedule then received a call about 2 hours later that he had made room for me to come in. Needless to say I came right over, that's why I always ask for Dr. Hayes he diagnosed the problem called in 2 prescriptions and had them in my possession to start treatment in less than 30 minutes.
