My first appointment with Dr. Ashley Mathews was fantastic! She is caring and listened to my ?'s and resolved my concerns. This was my second time at Pinnacle on White Bridge. My first was 15yrs ago and the staff at that time, kept me waiting 2hrs cause overbooked. 2/20/24 I was taken immediately and Dr. Saw me right away. I was so relieved. The doctor was very professional and informative. She is trying her best to get me in track with my facial skin. Afraid it's gonna be an uphill battle, cause I'm a guy and don't worry about what my face looks like.
