I got to my appt. about 10 minutes early. I filled out my forms and barely sat down and they called my name. I never have to wait very long. The girls working there are pleasant and efficient. My experience will keep me coming back every 6 months. My brother is seeing someone in the Grand Blanc office next week on my recommendation. Love Pinnacle!
I have been to Pinnacle Dermatology several times dealing with a particular issue. I have been seeing Brandon . What I like about seeing Brandon is the way that he conducts himself. He always pays attention to my particular issues and is willing to try more than one treatment to deal with my situation. He is very knowledgeable and answers any questions that I might have. The staff was very nice. The nurse and NP were very friendly. They treated my issues and I was in and out in less than an hour. Would recommend them for your dermatology needs.
Everyone was nice and knowledgeable and they cared about me and my experience while working with them.
It was quick and easy but the provider was not up to date on my meds by several years. I had to have 2 phone calls and then write down a web address to log into. It was clunky

Dr. Lindsey and nurse Starla were professional and friendly, made me feel at ease and well taken care of.
Staff is always courteous and friendly. I've never had to wait longer than maybe 5 min past my appt. time. The nurses and medical asst. are very nice and always do a thorough review of my medical chart to ensure they have any changes in meds or new problems since my last visit. Alex, one of the P.A. is the kindest doctor. He listens to patients and he genuinely cares about taking care of their concerns.
