I'm acknowledged as soon as I enter the reception room and never have to wait long to be seen. The staff is friendly and personable. Alexandria May listens and addresses my concerns with kindness and professionalism. She is very knowledgeable and competent. I feel valued and taken care of.

Each time I visit Pinnacle Dermatology, my experience has been Great. Dr. Jill Proctor is Excellent, I wish I found her sooner. She has taken excellent care of my condition, she explains everything very well, she always has a plan to get me better results. Her Nurse, Brittini is excellent as well, she is very pleasant. They are a Great Asset to Pinnacle and I have great respect and admire these Ladies.
