Appointment was on time. Dr was thorough.
Very friendly staff. Doctors were very informative and thorough. Made us feel welcomed and safe. Made sure we were prepared for appointments and prescription pick up.
My procedure at Pinnacle was a very positive experience from the moment I checked in to the moment I walked out the door.
Well the procedure went very well the numbing shot stung for about 2 seconds didn't fell anything after that after she removed the core and stitched my foot up driving on way home felt a little sore nut by 3pm felt nothing and I can put pressure on my foot now and not feel any pain or pressure it feels fine will take it easy and return to get stitches out but overall it feels great with no pain by 3 or 4pm
Quick in and out for stitch removal, very pleasant clinician and reception staff. We'll done!

No long wait time. Very good nurse and the doctor was excellent, very knowledgeable and understanding. I would recommend pinnacle dermatologists to everyone. They knew what was wrong, they didn't subscribe creams as the other dermatologists had done. A biopsy was taken so they can find out what it is growing on my head. I am very pleased with this dermatologist.
I was able to get in quickly, which was good because I had a lesion that was painful and I needed to find out what it was. Dr Yung was a very good clinician.
I would highly recommend this office, I saw the PA and she was very kind and professional. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
