Dr Roberts and staff are always friendly, welcoming and never rushed.
I liked the comfortable feeling with nurses and DR Jerome, he was very easy to talk to and explained everything and didnt have his hand on the door knob. Very nice experience

Everyone was exceptional; the receptionist knew who I was when I walked in the door and was very friendly. The nurse was extremely nice and gave me some bandaids she cut to fit my ear which she didn't have to do. The Doctor was professional and very nice. A much better experience than last year.
