You did fine. I was ok with your decision. I had a cyst that was really nasty. I don't know why it has returned. It was removed and checked out, the lab result was ok. I had surgery on it laying face down. The area on my back was numbed, cut, removed the cyst and cleaned then closed. I did not need to go back. It healed quickly. I started getting a bump on the edge of it under a mole. It itches some at times but has stayed the same size for about a year now. It was done like a regular office visit in about 30 minutes.
