My very first time at Pinnacle in Murfreesboro and from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted comfortably by the receptionist who walked me across the hall to another waiting room. Wait wasn't long and I was called back to room where the nurse talked to me and joked a bit with me then soon afterwards came in Dr. Smith.
