Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Dreffs is great. She listens, empathizes and spends time explaining next steps. She is very understanding and does not rush, giving a calming feeling. Nice “bedside manner.”

Both Heather the nurse aide and Christina the PA, maybe feel very comfortable and reassuring that they would be able to help me, with my skin rash and hives. Took a biopsy right then while I was in the office, so I didn’t have to come back. I am to return in two weeks the experience was very good and put my mind at ease. So I now have less stress on my mind.
