I’ve been going to Vandam since I was 12. Almost 30 years. He’s my fave and it will be a sad sad day when he retires. I’m indifferent to pinnacle practice as I’ve also gone to the Hoffman estates office. I think for anything cosmetic I would not use them. But for rashes or skin cancer monitoring I will use pinnacle
