Wait to see doctor was short! Very personable from the desk staff, nurses and doctor. Procedure was done quickly

Everyone was very friendly.
From the minute I walked in I felt at ease. They staff was laughing and seemed upbeat. The woman at the front desk was very cordial and quick with the checkin process. The nurse/assistant was really sweet and easy to talk to. She made the entire experience very comfortable. Dr. Laing was absolutely wonderful. He was fast and exudes expertise which immediately earns trust. I didn’t even hesitate when I needed to make an appointment for an additional procedure. I’m happy to have found them all.
I was a bit nervous at first but after meeting Dr. Jajou and speaking with him about the next step in my procedure I felt confident that I was in good hands.

I was a hour late for my appointment and they still took me in anyway. I only had to wait 5 minutes till I was taken back to see the doctor. within 10 mins the doctor had taken my pain away. everyone from the front desk to the doctor were all very kind and respectful to my needs and emotions. I will definitely be referring them to anyone everyone.
