The staff was very professional and courteous. Dr. Troiani quickly diagnosed my concern and explained all treatment options thoroughly to me while allowing me to choose a treatment option that I felt was best within those options.

My experience was fine. I did not see Dr. Barkey or Heidi whom I’ve been treated by for years. I was taken aback due to my expectation and appointment was made to see Heidi. The receptionist who checked me out stated she wished she had a temperature because if she did she would be sent home due to covid. I thought that was inappropriate and unprofessional. Since pinnacle took over the office experience is different .... in not a positive way.
