Today I had an express facial by McKenize and then 1 syringe of Voluma in the cheek areas done by Natalia Hanson in your Okemos office. Alittle soreness but no bruising. I was very pleased with the results and am ready to reschedule soon for another syringe to help lift sagging skin.Ā

The service from the doctor and nurses was fine, but the front desk workers are very loud and everyone in the waiting area can hear everyone else's business. It wasn't very confidential at all. That made me uncomfortable to be honest. And it made me reluctant to ask any questions since everyone would be able to hear the reply.Ā
