The procedure was quick and the nurses very helpful and Dr Young was quite the expert with the stitches all in all it was good

The doctors and staff are great. I can’t say the same thing about the owners of Pinnacle. Very poor management of the way you control your phone calls. I tried to reschedule my appointment on the phone with someone probably in another country and got nowhere. I only want to talk to the office that I am receiving services from. My family and I have been a patient with this dermatologist for 23 years and was very happy with their service.
