My appointment with Theresa was great, but I was slightly annoyed that the receptionist didn’t know what to do with my gift card. She was very nice and it wasn’t her fault. I had purchased a $100 gift card from a direct email Mother’s Day deal from Pinnacle. The receptionist had no idea what it was or how to enter it. She called multiple people who also didn’t know. Wait room is set up very well for safety of patients! Wait time was minimal!! Dr. Jajou was very pleasant and informative! He explained my problem very thoughtfully and I made an appointment next week for further treatment! My first visit to this office and I was favorably impressed!!
Because of the present situation. I was a little apprehensive, especially since it was my first visit. Everything was taken care of for everyone's safety . I liked the Dr., and was very comfortable with the whole visit.
