I went to Pinnacle for a full body skin check, I saw Dr. Shirley Jean Baptiste . She was very pleasant when she came in office, very professional and got right to work. Upon finding several questionable areas she explained each as to what they were & what could be done. I had felt comfortable with her knowledge if skin and proceeded from there. On time , very friendly staff, and Dr.Spencer is the best! Her nurse and the doc make you feel like you are the only patient they have!
Doctor was great! The connection was a little crackling and jittery because the poor wifi on my end.
