Very knowledgeable staff from the first lady at the reception desk to the last lady who checked me out. My doctor was wonderful. She was very informative, kind and friendly. Everyone I encountered was awesome. A great experience and I'm glad I chose Pinnacle Dermatology.

I was very pleased with the service I received, from the time I entered the door, until I checked out. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Pepsi and her assistant were great. They both took such an interest in my care. I Really like Dr. Pepsi, she is very caring and answered all of my questions clearly.
I liked the doctor I seen, the girl at the reception desk was not very friendly and seemed bothered by me and did not make me feel welcome, being my first visit..
I love pinnacle, my husband and I both see Kelly Rankin. Kelly is awesome she is very personable, and very easy to talk to. She goes over everything with you so you understood and answers any guestions you may have.
