The service is excellent! The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their business. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. My doctor is Dr. Jalal and he is outstanding. He is patient, an expert at his job and is extremely efficient. His diagnosis are consistently correct and effective. I am very happy with my results.
Pinnacle is amazing! Making my appointment was very easy and they could see me pretty much right away. Another dermatologist said I'd have to wait until March 2027 to get an appointment (it's currently August of 2026). Check in was smooth. The PA who treated me was a delight. My appointment was at 8:30. I was walking to my car at 8:47. I highly recommend Pinnacle.
Professional, accurate, and efficient. I was seen bit ahead of schedule. Both admin and medical staff were super. Personable and professional. Diagnosed and treated a long standing issue of mine. All around great job. Low stress appointment making. Comfortable waiting area.
First time visit to Pinnacle. Facility was very nice. Front desk Staff were all super helpful with getting me checked in. Dr Patterson was great. Checked me over and removed some keratosis spots. No biopsies needed. What a relief! I’ll happily be back in 6 months for a recheck.
Love this Practice. The Doctors truly care and Pour their Heart out to you to ensure you are Covered with All the info Plus some needed. Very knowlwdgeable A Plus in their Field. Whether we agree with them or not a particular proceedure they Pour It All out their for your Consideration. I Will Deff be back and Encourage others to consider their Care as Well. Thank You!!
