The worst bank I have ever had. Where do I begin? Let something happen on the weekend and you will have no help or access to anything. There has been plenty of times I have called them, gave them my phone number and they would say the updated it. Then a fraud alert would be sent on a Saturday to an incorrect phone number and now I have access to NO money as they do not have any services to help you. A possible fraud issue occurred over the weekend and maybe prior to that. I tried calling as the message I received was suppose had been from them. My account is now zero the 800 number they give you is useless. It’s the same number as the main number😳😳😳No prompts to even let you go to a fraud unit. Virtual is useless. Very unprofessional frustrating and disappointing for a credit union. Now I have to wait until they open. I work and they close before I even get off. BEWARE‼️ This is by far the worst credit union that I’ve ever experienced. The lending department decision turn time was 20 days after sending many emails and escalating. The loan officers are rude and treat you really badly when you attempt to follow up. Save yourself the stress, I recommend taking your business else where. This was indeed a nightmare!
