Terrible service. Already reviewed this once with all the details around 2 months ago. But I just got a text to review for my last service, so i will gladly again. They scratched my brand new truck in their care. And refused to make it right. They gave me an "allowance of 250" for repairs. And all quotes including when I turned it into insurance was above 250. Terrible dealer and the GM is awful. A crook. Never will step foot in this place again and I warn everyone about this dealership.
Jeremy Quinn worked with us at Pinnacle Lincoln. He was great—personable, helpful, and sold us a great car. Also loved working with Kevin in finance—he made it easy. Definitely recommend Pinnacle!!
We will never take my ford mustang back to the service department again. They took at what my car needed and ordered the part. Said it would take 5 business days to come in. Ten days later I called. My part had been there for a couple days but no one called to let me know. I ask for a manager to reach out and no manager never did. Four days later the service department called wanted to schedule me in to get my part on. So that was like 14 after my car was diagnosed with the problem. Pinnacle service department has been wonderful. I had my appt set for 9 and Jennifer welcomed me in when i got there at 730. I went in to get a recall taken care of and they fixed it and another one as well in a very timely manner. The entire staff was very welcoming throughout my wait. I will definitely keep going there for any service issues i have.
Always take my truck here for any maintenance. Easy to make appt amd they are really good about keeping on schedule. Jennifer is great...explaining everything needing to get done, pricing ahead of time, and not pushy for services not needed at the time. In and out quickly. Have never taken my truck anywhere else. Prices are competitive, but the service pushes them over the top.
