Had a pretty good time at Pinnacle Ford Service. The service manager was super friendly and made the whole thing less stressful. They found my transmission issue without any fuss and walked me through what needed to be done. The team even tried to see if a warranty claim could cover the repair, which was cool of them. Routine maintenance performed. I was called that the work was completed and I could pick my truck up. When I arrived, someone took payment and escorted me to my truck, as they usually do. The gentleman opened by driver's side door, removed the seat cover and paper floor mats. I got in and drove straight home. Not long after arriving home, I noticed a rather large scrape on my door handle that removed a wide strip of paint. I am 100% certain that was not present when I dropped the truck off. After 5 times having my 2019 Ford F150 in there for a code 430 catalytic converter and having two installed. Or so they say. Code 430 came back on again. Not very happy! Now they will not return calls I’ve called since last Monday Feb. 27,2022. I’ve asked to have have manager call me back
Our service technician, Jonathan was amazing from the time I checked in until I left. I showed up for an oil change with a few extra things that needed fixing and he was happy to get them resolved for me. I showed up early for my appointment and he was super helpful to get me back and on my way.
I want to say that the Young lady that helped me was so helpful. She looked up my points and I got three oil changes I got filters changed because she was good enough to tell me that I had $211 in points and I really appreciated that that was very good service. I got everything done for $40 and I really appreciate that and I’ve got 2oil changes left.
