Pinnacle Mobility in Sun City is the best scooter place in the valley. I got a pride go-go scooter cheaper than anywhere else that offered them. Bill and Amy the owners came all the way to my house in Scottsdale to deliver my new scooter. It took an hour explaining everything & helping me. I never had customer service like this. I felt like family! I have my new scooter now I have to get some accessories to spoof it up. Thank you Pinnacle Mobility for being there for us seniors Kathy Donaldson.Â
I can not say enough nice things about Pinnacle Mobility Scooters. Bill and his wife were so very kind and helped me make the best decision on the best scooter for me. These people are down to earth, honest people who care about their customers. I am forever thankful for finding them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a scooter.Â
I recently went to Pinnacle Mobility Scooters to look for a scooter for myself. I explained to Bill what I was looking for in a scooter. I ended up purchasing a scooter and felt very confident about my purchase. He was very helpf... read more
I went for the dog but I'd go back for Bill and Amy. My scooter wasn't working and I just brought in the battery for a check. Bill verified the battery was fine and suggested some things I could try at home when I had the scooter. His suggestion, based only on my sketchy description of the problem, fixed it!! A true professional! They were courteous and knowledgeable. Very helpful.Â
Wonderful owners! Very willing to help with any concerns I might have & I love my scooter. They have many different types of scooters that would fill any need. I would certainly recommend Pinnacle Scooters.Â
