Bill & Amy, the owners opened the store in Sept(?)2025. I live very close by and was grateful a few months later when a knee injury made a scooter necessary. Before the scooter I ordered came in, they loaned me a scooter. Bill delivered it to my house and came back later to install a safety flag I ordered. He also had a great large basket that fit in the back that allows me to carry my tote bag for art class and bring my dinner home. I think 5 stars is way to low! Pinnacle is a fantastic store for anything you may need. Bill and Amy know their business and are so helpful. Great selection of new and pre-owned scooters. I will continue to send business their way. I'm happy to have found a company that truly cares.Â
Bill refurnished my scooter which was looking fairly ratty. It looks brand new and is a shiny pink. And then delivered it to me. Great shop and awesome owner. I highly recommend them.Â
