Bill & Amy, the owners opened the store in Sept(?)2025. I live very close by and was grateful a few months later when a knee injury made a scooter necessary. Before the scooter I ordered came in, they loaned me a scooter. Bill delivered it to my house and came back later to install a safety flag I ordered. He also had a great large basket that fit in the back that allows me to carry my tote bag for art class and bring my dinner home. Had a rough idea about what I wanted. Bill greeted me ,very friendly and very knowledgeable on his inventory. No pressure, just low key conversation about scooters. I would definitely recommend Pinnacle to anyone looking for mobility units. Tucker was very attentive and friendly. Price, expertise and great personalities! Pinnacle has it all. I was experiencing charging issues with my Pride Go Chair. Pride Mobility recommended this business as my point of contact in the greater West Valley. Instead of trying to sell me expensive replacement motors (which were three-quarters the price of a new scooter), Bill suggested I come in and they would see what they could do. I'm in the very beginning stage of admitting that I will need a mobility device soon, and I stopped in here on a Sunday just to kind of scope it out and get some information about my needs for an upcoming vacation, as well as possibly establishing a relationship for the future. This is not an easy thing for anyone, but they were so incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and compassionate here. I went for the dog but I'd go back for Bill and Amy. My scooter wasn't working and I just brought in the battery for a check. Bill verified the battery was fine and suggested some things I could try at home when I had the scooter. His suggestion, based only on my sketchy description of the problem, fixed it!! A true professional! They were courteous and knowledgeable. Very helpful.
