I went to Service to Pinnacle Nissan for check my Dashboard "Key System error" Warning of my certificated Pre-owned vehicle. My service visit turned into a frustrating experience again. It was waiting more than 3-1/2 hours in service room. I had to decline all request suggested due long wait. The service tech Darren Racine, approach me after I decline the recommendations. The staff has always been great to work with over the years. We have had multiple Nissan vehicles between personal and business use. I have never had an issue with their people or the quality of the work. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs their services
Service and Adrian and staff, all great. Only complaint is not offering a loaner for the appointments. I’ve always gone to Infiniti for my service for my last 3-4 cars or so and they provide a loaner for the serivce appointments when asked. I know Infiniti is the luxury tier of Nissan, not sure if that’s why, but it’s a game changer service for the convenience alone.
Went in for check on transmission and came out with $6400 of work on my truck. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman instead of someone being upfront with me on necessity compared to nice to have done. Also what I thought would be one day without a vehicle turned into 2.5 days. Was told that they were short on techs. Other than going back, I will only go back for warranty work on what they did.
If you have a vehicle you’re interested in at Pinnacle Nissan. Do yourself a favor a favor and give the sale team a shot. My experience with the financial guy was smooth and quick. When I came out to take my truck home. Salesman had ran it through the detail shop one more time and it looked awesome.
