Heather at the front desk was amazing. She is helpful and genuinely kind. The facility is in a great, very safe area, drains well (no flooding), and they clearly have strong pest control. We also appreciated that the climate-controlled units were only a couple dollars more than the drive-up units, so either option feels like a great value depending on what you prefer. My husband and I are really pleased with our experience! 😊
I can’t say enough good things about this storage facility. The staff is responsive, the units are clean and maintained and the access app is easy to use. The location near Pinnacle is also ideal. Great experience and will use again when I have a storage need.
This storage facility is super clean and everything is operational. I love having an app to use to gain access to the gate, the doors, and the unit door. We had a climate controlled indoor unit and we never found any bugs, not even spiders. Also we had no dust or dirt. I highly recommend Pinnacle Storage NWA.
Had the opportunity to explore this new storage facility and meet the managers last week. Love them both! Beautiful facility, huge bays, 5 lane driveway that makes backing in a trailer simple. Second phase is starting. 14x50 units!
