Went in Friday afternoon with tires I had bought, but still needed wheels. They showed me several options and ordered the ones I wanted. Left my tires with them. Came in Saturday morning and didn't even wait 5 minutes before they were jacking up my pickup and swapping my old wheels and tires with the new ones. I will be back for sure. Pricing is very reasonable and service is top notch.
I purchased 4 used tires for an older Chevy truck on Feb 20th 25. The service was super quick and they were very friendly, walking me through the different tire options for the truck and explaining what the measurement and tire numbers/letters meant. Other employees that passed through the office smiled and were very polite as well. I was told to keep my receipt "just in case". Today, 3/11/25 I found that 3/4 of my tires on the truck were flat. I had an extremely disappointing experience here. My wife went in first, and it seemed like the staff was trying to take advantage of her. When she questioned their actions, they suddenly pretended they couldn’t speak English. I went to address the situation myself, as I speak Spanish, hoping to clear up the misunderstanding. However, once I arrived and called them out on their behavior, they outright refused service. This kind of unprofessional and deceptive behavior is unacceptable.
