I can't say enough good things about Dr. Wood and his staff, they truly are amazing and it's so clear to see how much they care about your fur babies! My girl had a rough life before I got her and is very timid around men. They have literally gone above and beyond to help ease her anxiety and make her feel secure, so much so that Dr. Wood has been the only male that she has responded well to. Pendant is my old cat who had about 4 previous owners. She was having trouble urinating & was distressed. I couldn't find any appointments sooner than a week out. She couldn't wait that long. I got her in right away, & they took care of her. She's home now & feeling better.
I contacted this office for help with a USDA certificate nearly two months before my scheduled flight. At that time, I was assured that only one minor step remained and that everything else was in order. Unfortunately, it became clear later that the requirements had not been thoroughly reviewed. I was instructed to schedule an appointment just 10 days before my trip. Great experience, overall. Saturday appointments were a blessing with my dog and first appointment. Spacious parking and excellent staff were a bonus. No pressure for treatment commitments on the spot, as the clinic has an online shop for those that would like to price check options. Highly recommend, especially for our newly assigned mil dog owners that would like hassle-free animal care off post. Intuitive pet desk app is a must for transparency and continuation of record keeping.
My mom just lost her 23 year old kitty, Misty, and our experience here was truly wonderful. They were very kind, went above and beyond, and made time for my mom the very same day she called. They got her in within a couple of hours. It did not take long at all. Since our visit, we just received the sweetest and most wonderful card from them.
