They’re so worthless. Every time we go in they give us problems and we’re in there FOREVER. My name was spelled wrong on a check and they wouldn’t cash it. We also got married and they’re requiring our marriage certificate to prove we’re married and won’t cash the Checks even though we have a joint account and both of our names are on the check? I've been banking at this bank over 10 years and recently went in with a cashier's check. And I requested the cashier call the other branch where the check was written to make sure funds were going to be able to cover the check. She very snotty response to me and says we don't do that. Yes you do You've done it before it's your job as a bank to do it to make sure that if I deposit it into your account your account's not going to be shorted the money. What a pleasure it was to visit today. The tremendously polite, helpful, and knowledgeable staff are wonderful to work with. Valerie and Elizabeth were so helpful and were able to solve all the problems I brought them with smiles. I’m very much looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Pioneer Federal Credit Union and especially this particular branch.
Every time I go in this branch I am always greeted with some of the best customer service and most helpful staff. Jahz and Victoria both greeted me with a warm welcome. Mari was very professional and helped me in a timely manner. I couldn't recommend this branch and the service enough.
I have NEVER been to a branch location this bad before. The information provided is ALWAYS different and the Manager on staff is absolutely awful to work with. We have had so much miss information provided out of the Nampa branches we will be closing accounts and finding another credit union. The service is slow, the gals on shift tend to now know exactly what they are doing and every question is “let me get my manager”.
