Decent Overall Honest review: Pros: Location (proximity to Detroit/Q line), cute apartments, big windows, appliances in good condition, kind staff Cons: Specifically the 4th floor, I (along with other residents) experienced severe roof leaking. I think they’re in the process of fixing it, but they told me they would fix it last year too. I complained for months then got offered to move to a new unit “free of charge” and gave me one moving cart to do it. Also won’t renew healthcare discounts after 1st lease

The residents are genuinely friendly, and it's nice living somewhere that feels welcoming. I've had no issues with my apartment, and I absolutely love the huge windows. The amount of natural light they bring in was one of the things that sol... read more

There is no reasonable expectation of privacy here, and it is deeply concerning to know that management or maintenance may access your home while you are away. This is not just an inconvenience—it’s a violation of basic tenant rights and personal security. A home should be a place where you feel safe, not somewhere you have to worry about ... read more
