Now the staff are great, We was mis lead on there fees got told verbally a fee but then hit us with a big fee and didn’t tell us till the last bit of paper work ,seem the solicitor did more then the estate agent did.was not happy.
I sold my Grandads flat through Pittis. It had a lot of interest and Nathan managed to get 10% above the asking price in the end. At the same time we were also looking to buy on the Island and Beth at the branch was really helpful in finding us suitable properties at different branches and setting up an appointment with their mortgage adviser which in the end we couldn't have got our chosen property without.
