Dr. Patel is is excellent. He explains things clearly, actually listens, and doesn’t rush you. I really appreciate how transparent he is about how medications work, what to expect, what the risks/side effects are, and why he’s recommending a specific option. Highly recommend.

Doctor was invalidating and condescending. He came to multiple hasty conclusions in under 30 minutes that were completely inaccurate and far from thorough. He meant well, but there are far better options for those looking for simple medication management.

I have been seeing Dr. Piyush Patel going on 15 yrs or so. Great to work with. Always available if I hit a rough patch between our regularly scheduled visits.

I’ve only had one appointment with Dr. Patel so far, but it was a really positive experience. He made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to listen without judgment. I felt genuinely heard and understood, which is something I really value when talking about anxiety and depression. Even after just one session, I walked away feeling more hopeful and supported. I’m looking forward to continuing care with him, and I’m really glad I took that first step.

I have had a great experience with Dr Piyush and the staff have been extremely responsive. My only suggestion is that if they could not put us on hold and instead do a call back option. Sometimes the wait time is long.
