Placita In Home Care has been been a lifeboat in the storm!! We have been dealing with Placita since March/April of this year for the care of my mother who had Alzheimer's. Jocelyn assisted with staffing for us through many difficult days and nights. She made the perfect fit in regards to my mother's needs. The caregivers were ultimately with her 24/7 until her recent passing and treated my mother with true compassion and professional care. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do your research, there are a lot of other in-home agencies and placement specialists you can work with. There in home is overpriced and employees are very unprofessional. we ended up going with another placement agency and were treated so much better. Do not trust this agency or recommend to anyone, they are only out to make the most money for themselves and do not care about your loved ones. very disappointing.
