I have used Plano for short and long term storage over the years; clean, secure with helpful and friendly staff. Betty helped me and I would give 10 stars if able to. My Atlas movers arrived, were extremely rude to her, but she calmed them down and handled the entire situation with professionalism. She basically saved my move from being an absolute disaster (Atlas Moving) and $$$ waste. I couldn’t recommend this business more, thanks to the help of Betty and the staff at Plano.

This storage place is Great! Its clean well lit and well secured. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. It is a little pricey but for the location its not ridiculously high. If you need a storage in RSM or surrounding area i would definitely recommend Plano self storage
