We live next door to 4505 Waterford Drive in Plano. Renters beware and do all your homework. Plat Realty is unresponsive and the home has maintenance issues. Worse yet, they have had at least 5 different families rent the property over a seven year period. We loved the families. The families were kind, great neighbors and did their best to follow the terms of the lease. We were told the fence would be fixed around 1 month before our move in date. We’ve been in the house for 3 weeks now and there’s been no progress made on the fence. Nails are exposed and there’s a safety concern. We also noticed a problem of standing water on the side of our house. We let the owner know and they declined to repair. When I brought it to their attention that it’s a violation of the lease by not fixing due to a safety concern, they said they would work on it but it would take quite a bit of time to resolve. ... read more
Avoid at all cost if you wish to save time, money and your sanity. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This post might be a little lengthy, but please read.
